Project Management:
Arthur has extensive experience in opening new hotels and restaurants as well as the inside knowledge to support you in creating a unique and competitive offering.
He will manage the procurement of operating supply equipment (OSE) and can coordinate and supervise the procurement of furniture, fixtures and electrical items (FFE) for your project, working closely with the interior designer(s), owner(s), owner representative(s) and operator(s) all the way through to completion. These processes will each be delivered in accordance with pre-agreed KPI’s with strict budgetary discipline.
Through interaction with your interior designers and operators, Arthur will ensure that all areas are fitted out within budget, on time and to the exact specifications. These may include:
